The map shows GCI's native coverage (coverage coming from GCI's own network rather than a roaming partner).

Unlike most US networks, GCI still uses 3G. Most recent phone models don't support 3G and GCI's 3G coverage is not shown in the map.

Using the Coverage Map

• Use the tech selector to filter for 4G or 5G coverage maps
• Use the search bar to find specific places

Data Sourcing

Cell coverage data used in the GCI coverage map comes primarily from the May 2025 release of the FCC's Broadband Data Collection program (representing networks as of December 2024). FCC data is supplemented by data from massive crowdsourcing efforts.
