Data Notes
Broadband Map's internet availability and speed comparisons rely primarily on the November 2025 FCC Broadband Data Collection release, which reflects provider-reported availability as of June 2025.
Availability and speeds are aggregated at the hexagon level. A provider may not service every address in a serviced hex.
Satellite Availability
This map shows where Starlink and Viasat report fixed broadband service. It does not show cell coverage.
Map hexagons often lack color because there are no known serviceable addresses in an area, not because satellite signals do not reach.
Starlink Roam coverage is more extensive than what is shown here. The map reflects reported service at fixed addresses, but Starlink Roam works in many areas without permanent structures.
