The map combines Verizon's fiber and fixed wireless availability. Toggle checkboxes to control the technologies that appear. When the map is colored by technology, dash patterns indicate areas with both fiber and fixed wireless.
In a given hexagon, colors and dash patterns indicate whether Verizon services at least one address in that hexagon with a given technology. Not every address within a hexagon can necessarily access that service.
Zoom out to view Verizon internet availability and speeds at the national level. However, the map works best when zoomed in, exploring Verizon’s fiber and fixed wireless availability in specific regions.
The availability or speed of service at a single address can dictate the color of the hexagon the address falls within. Accordingly, national-scale views with large hexagons will smooth over local variations in internet availability and speeds.
This map of Verizon internet availability relies heavily on the December 2025 data from the FCC's Broadband Data Collection program (published May 2026, with FCC revisions through July 2026).
