Over the years, Quantum Fiber gradually replaced CenturyLink as the customer-facing name for most of the company's mass-market fiber service. In early 2026, AT&T completed an acquisition of most of Lumen's mass-market fiber business, and the brand became Quantum Fiber from AT&T.
