Broadband Map uses Mapbox, an external mapping service, to draw this map, and Mapbox didn't load in your browser. That's usually a temporary connection problem, a privacy or content blocker, or Mapbox being briefly unreachable.

Part of the code that runs this map didn't load in your browser. That's usually a browser extension or privacy tool blocking scripts, or a connection hiccup.
Broadband Map's availability estimates are based on the census boundaries
of Hayward. Speed metrics capture internet providers' maximum advertised speeds. Both may be overoptimistic.
Map Scale
The map allows zooming out to view business internet availability and speeds outside of Hayward, CA.
However, map hexagons grow to accommodate larger views.
Since the availability or speed of service at a single address can dictate the color of its hexagon,
national-scale views won’t show the same level of detail as the view of Hayward, and local variations will be smoothed over.
Data Sourcing
Broadband Map's listings of business internet providers in Hayward rely primarily on data from the FCC's Broadband Data Collection program representing Hayward ISPs' availability as of December 2025 (published May 2026, with FCC revisions through July 2026).
